VOGUE HOMES - OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

We are responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising all subcontractors and keeping our builders busy.  Contrary to popular belief, new homes are not built by a series of subcontractors completing their tasks one after the other.  In fact, subcontractors overlap one another at all stages and often must work together to complete their tasks.  We facilitate cooperation among the subcontractors and manage the mountain of paperwork that is built along with every new home (we track costs, assemble warranty records, maintain files and arrange for building inspections).  We also meet with you, keeping you informed about progress on the construction site and guiding you through the process.
